OVERVIEW

Technical support for the ContraCam App. The part was created very quickly due to a common issue with geolocation and background mode on several types of smartphones. Since the developers couldn’t fix the problem, it was important to give users easy access to clear instructions on how to solve it themselves.

  • The goal was to create a support section with clear instructions, user guides, and answers to frequently asked questions.
  • It was necessary to implement the solution as quickly as possible due to a widespread bug affecting several smartphone models. Since the developers couldn’t fix the issue promptly, it was important to provide users with easy access to instructions on how to resolve the problem.
  • All website pages comply with W3C standards and achieved a green score in Google PageSpeed Insights.
